- Created a new haul out put to capture anti-fouling and only sell and apply non-toxic anti-fouling paint.
- Installed sewerage pump out facility.Adopted a better way of constructing marina bulkheads to keep mangroves.
- The existing inner and outer marinas have created protected areas of clean, shallow water which as promoted the growth of seagrass and increased the nursery areas for breeding fish.
- Bio-diversity has improved after projects through relocated corals on outer peninsula which are thriving.
